Jim Sperry is the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of The NEEDS Center,
bringing more than 30 years of experience working with People of
Determination. Throughout his career, Jim has dedicated himself to developing
and delivering individualized, evidence-based services and supports for
individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. 

Jim has overseen the implementation of in-home supports for children and
families and the development of dozens of residential programs. His expertise
includes supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors
through individualized approaches informed by the principles of Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA). 

Jim has authored several scholarly articles on services and supports for
individuals with developmental disabilities. Through his leadership and
experience, he is committed to sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and
supporting families, educators, and professionals in strengthening services
and opportunities for People of Determination.
