Dr. Amy Atwell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), International
Behavior Analyst (IBA), and CDA Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 25
years of experience in special education, behavioral consultation, program
development, and organizational leadership. Her work focuses on developing
practical, evidence-based approaches that support individuals with
developmental disabilities, strengthen professional practice, and empower
families and educational communities. 

Dr. Atwell holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership, an MBA, and a master’s
degree in Severe Special Needs. Her experience spans residential services,
early intervention, educational consultation, staff training, and organizational
management in the United States and internationally. 

Having lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates, Dr. Atwell has provided
consultation to families, schools, and organizations across the Middle East and
internationally, including London and India. Her international experience has
shaped her collaborative, culturally responsive approach to developing
practical solutions tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and the
communities that support them. 

Dr. Atwell is committed to building professional capacity, fostering

services that improve outcomes for individuals and families across diverse
cultural and organizational settings.
